• Wash your hands before preparing baby food. Make sure all utensils are completely clean.
• Boil clean drinking water for 5 minutes. Then wait for it to cool. Select 150 milliliters of lukewarm water, and pour it into the baby's bowl.
• Add 50g or 9 tablespoons of Cerelac.
• Stir the mixture until the cereal flour is smooth and serve directly to your baby using a clean spatula.
• Do not keep leftovers from the meal.
